En el caso de adultos, durante la fase de carga: mezcle 1 cacito (5 g) con agua o zumo entre dos y cuatro veces al día durante cinco días, antes o después de hacer ejercicio. Para obtener un resultado óptimo, consuma el producto en los diez minutos siguientes a realizar la mezcla. Durante la fase de mantenimiento: mezcle 1 cacito con agua o zumo, una o dos veces al día. Tome este producto con una cantidad adecuada de líquidos.
