Magnesium citrate is more easily absorbed and more bioavailable than magnesium oxide (which is what's found in most magnesium supplements). I prefer the powder over capsules or tablets because all you're getting is magnesium and NO fillers. The taste is good and I just stir it into my ice tea or juice. I would recommend this product from Piping Rock. As for me, It is a nice replacement to Magne B6 or something like this. More over, it is a pure magnesium citrate without any rubbish and B6 - it does matter in case one takes multivitamins and to avoid overdose. I see most of multivitamins contains rather enough B6 but a quite bit magnesium. To summarise: Great as addition to multivitamins. And, as ever, for nice price.As for me, It is a nice replacement to Magne B6 or something like this.
